Hypnovape is a mobile application designed to help users quit vaping through hypnosis sessions and behavioral change techniques. The App provides audio content, tracking features, and educational materials related to vaping cessation.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Certain features of the App require a one-time purchase to access. All payments are processed through the App Store. Once the purchase is completed, access to the paid features is granted on a permanent basis for the version of the App you purchased. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, audio, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hypnovape or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
